   Am running an Digital ad agency in East , lots of clients would like to advertise on yahoo as its the most visited website in East africa. but cnt find a way of geo targeting ads , i can do that on google and facebook but i feel sad cnt geoterget ads on yahoo to appear only in Kenya. pse help.
